I received my panels no damage was done to the panels themselves although the boxes had been treated a little bit rough. Extremely good packing that was done with the panels I feel like saved them.
The shipping protection that I purchased did just what it promised! It protected my purchase from the rough handling that it received from Fed Ex. Their response was quick, courteous, and effective. The replacement came within a reasonable time frame. It was a worthwhile investment.
I had some damage on one of my solar panels I ordered. it was damaged during shipping. I was happy I paid for shipping protection. Callsun replaced the panel immediately after I explained what happened and a photo of the way it arrived the damage.
Ordered 2 200 watt panels, only 1 had bent frame. No problem, so far panel is producing 189 watts
Glad to know I'm protected. You can't have too much protection nowadays.
It’s a good idea, however it should be optional selection for buyer to chose or not. Making it a mandatory cost makes me feel stuck. My whole order was only shipped partially and I had to constantly follow up almost 2wks to get my remaining order fulfill. If not, I guess my other half order will never arrived, while the 1st shipment has few dents on the box, luckily none of the panels were damaged. So am I going to get the $5 due to delays on their end, I highly doubt it. Anyhow, here’s my setup with the 1st half order
Actually kind of pointless. Packaging is very well done with minimal chance of damage. But like most insurance it is worth every penny if you actually have to use it.
Love my panel. Asking me to review an insurance policy repeatedly isn’t a great way to please your customer base. You DO make a fine solar panel. Thanks for that.
I had a damaged solar panel and the shipping protection paid for a new one.
Couldn't be happier...
FedEx lost my solar panel (how is that possible?) and I contacted Callsun. They shipped a replacement panel that arrived in two days. Very responsive, which is unusual these days.
On another note, the solar panels I ordered were packaged very well. I would recommend not taping multiple boxes together as it was too heavy for the delivery driver.
Ordered the 2 pack,200 watt,n panels .packing was good with padded protection inside--no problems--good condition. But I felt bad for the delivery driver ,because I,m 200lbs,6 ft,and had a struggle to get them inside ,off the porch!They deliver down here in 110 degree heat in a truck with no doors. You listening UPS?

It must have worked because they were gonna deliver it. But all of a sudden, that number was gone. So a new number was generated, and it was delivered later.
So far loving it. Did not find anything comparable
