FAQ

1. Why is the actual output sometimes lower than 200W?

The 200W rating is measured under Standard Test Conditions (STC): ideal sunlight and temperature. In real use, sun angle, heat, shading, wiring loss, and device efficiency affect output. So power below 200W is normal and does not indicate a defect.

2. Why are two Callsun 200W panels in series ideal for 60V portable power stations?

Each Callsun 200W panel has a Voc of ~27.3V. Connecting two in series gives ~54.6V, safely within most 60V power stations’ input range. This allows the MPPT controller to operate more efficiently, improving power conversion and charging speed.

3. Can this panel work with different solar generators or battery systems?

Yes, the 200W N-type 16BB bifacial solar panel is compatible with most popular solar generators and battery systems. It comes equipped with standard solar extension connectors, making it easy to integrate with a wide range of solar power setups.

4. What does "12V" mean in the product title, and why is it different from the panel's actual voltage?

On the product page, you may see a title like "xxx Watt 12 Volt Solar Panel." The "12V" does not refer to the panel's voltage (Voc or Vmp). It simply means the panel is suitable for use in a 12V system.
